If your air purifier is not working as expected, please follow these steps to help diagnose and resolve the issue:
1. Power Check
•Turn off and unplug the air purifier.
•Inspect the power cable and outlet. Try plugging the cable into a different outlet or test the outlet with another device, like a lamp.
•If using a power converter, verify that it matches the air purifier's rating label and is certified for use in your country.
•Ensure the power cable is firmly plugged in and undamaged. If you find any damage, please contact us here https://www.blueair.com/customer-support.html.
2. Clear Obstructions
•Check for any objects or dust inside, on top of, or directly against the air purifier.
•Ensure there's nothing obstructing the air inlets at the back or the air outlets on the sides.
•Remove any blockages from the air quality sensors located on the front of the unit.
3. Filter Inspection
•Remove any plastic wrapping from the filter.
•Insert the filters correctly and ensure they are securely in place.
•Close the filter door completely.
4. Device Functionality
•Reconnect the power cable securely to an outlet.
•Turn on the air purifier by pressing the On/Off button.
•Check that the LED indicators are active and that you can feel airflow from the outlet.
•If you notice airflow but do not see any lights, adjust the brightness of your lights by holding the On button while tapping the fan speed button. This will adjust the brightness of your lights to make them more visible.
