Price Match Policy
You’ll always receive the best price on Blueair.com. If you happen to find the same model advertised at a lower price by an authorized US Blueair retailer or as a result of a promotion we run on our website, we’ll refund you the difference.
Please contact us with the following details within 15 days of purchase:
- Please include “Price Match Request” in your subject line
- Include the order number of the product you purchased from Blueair.com (this should start with “SO” and can be found in your order confirmation email or within your account)
- For any sales order with multiple products, please include which product you are requesting the price match on.
- Please provide proof of advertised price by the authorized retailer or Blueair.com. This can be in the form of a picture with date, or specific details regarding where and when you found the lower price (including website URL).
Terms & Conditions:
You must submit your refund price match request within 15 days of purchase from Blueair.com .
The machine must be the same model number as it appears on Blueair.com, and in stock.
The advertised machine must be new and in original packaging. It cannot be damaged, used, returned, open box, “close out”, “clearance” or a demonstrator machine.
Machine price must be the advertised listed price (any promotional code, discounts, membership or loyalty offers are not eligible for price matching, unless the price match is against a promotion being offered on Blueair.com), and must not be lower due to an error or misprint.
Authorized US Blueair retailers are limited to: Amazon.com, Best Buy, Target, Walmart, Wayfair, Sam’s Club, Home Depot, AAFES, Abt, Allergy Buyer’s Club, Lowe’s, Sylvane, Murphy Enterprises, Nexcom, Wiliams Sonoma, Mission Allergy, and Home Environment Center.
