  • Check that the top cover is mounted correctly.
  • Turn on your P1 by pressing the control plug/ Turn on your P2i by flicking (rotating) the control plug once to the right or to the left.

Our recommendation is that you always have your Cabin air purifier active while being inside of the cabin.
You place the filter with the printed side up according to the instructions in the User Manual.
Factors such as the level of pollution in the air and the amount of time that your Cabin air purifier is active impacts filter lifespan. The control plug will indicate when it is time for you to exchange your filter. The average filter lifespan is 6 months. Read more

When the Cabin air purifier unit is connected via the control plug in the 12V output, the filter is in position and the top cover is secured, a blue LED lights up on the control plug and on the unit, indicating that the unit is working.

You can find your serial number and/or MAC address on a label on the backside of your unit.

Your Cabin air purifier should be placed in your vehicle, behind a headrest or on top of the center console. For a more detailed explanation, please refer to the instructions in the User Manual.
No, the purifier will switch off with the car engine since the product uses the 12V outlet.
Use both your hands and press the two release buttons on the sides of the unit. The top will come loose, and you can easily lift and replace the filter. Refer to your user manual for more details.
Remove the filter and put it back in again, if the noise is still present, contact your point of purchase.
Yes, the unit works without Bluetooth, but Bluetooth is needed to connect the unit with the app.
