Norrsken Foundation collaborated with the Swedish air purification expert Blueair to give its entrepreneurs access to clean air for maximum innovative power in their co-working environment. In a first step, Blueair delivered a total of 36 air purifiers to Norrsken House in Stockholm, with the aim of increasing the entrepreneurs' creativity, productivity and general well-being.
The need for air purifiers is due to the fact that the indoor air is often up to five times more polluted than the outdoor air. Lots of harmful pollutants are added to the air indoors such as dust, pollen, mold, soot from candles and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) such as chemicals from textiles, paint, detergents, cosmetics and more. The pollution has a negative impact on those who stay on the premises in both the short and long term.

Blueair has placed a total of 36 air purifiers in Norrsken House of different sizes and properties depending on the room's size and use. Some of these are of the brand new model HealthProtect ™, which in addition to filtering out harmful particles in the indoor air is focused on minimizing the occurrence of airborne transmission.
