Last year, we launched our most advanced air purifier to date in an all-new compact size designed for city-dwellers, home offices and bedrooms. Previously designed for rooms up to 91m² and 149m², the new HealthProtect™ 7300 series is bringing the same technology to smaller spaces at a lower price point.

Following on from the success of the HealthProtect™ range, we set out to offer our customers a more compact model designed to suit those with smaller rooms or spaces, such as city-dwellers where pollution levels are high.

The 7300 range (which features two models) effortlessly produces clean air, whilst being extremely energy efficient and whisper silent thanks to its HEPASilent™ filtration technology. Now with the 7300 range, homeowners can choose an air purifier that is both compact and features Blueair’s most advanced technology to date.

Combining three revolutionary technologies, the HealthProtect™ air purifier provides protection against viruses and bacteria, even when on standby. Now available in a conveniently compact size, the 7340i and the 7370i HealthProtect™ models have been proven to completely filter the air in a 28m² room every 12.5 minutes or a 67m² room every 30 minutesiii, whilst offering all the existing benefits of the virus-removing HealthProtect™ technology.

The 7340i model features a numerical display offering an intuitive 5-colour indicator bar that provides quick updates on particle and gas levels. The 7370i models come complete with a premium LCD display, which gives detailed updates on your air quality including concentrations of different sized particles, VOC levels, temperature, and humidity, even tracking your filter usage to inform you in real time what percentage you have left.

Both models connect with the intuitive Blueair app for Smart control at the touch of a button from your phone and or voice-activated device.

Superior removal of particles, chemicals/VOCs, and germs

HealthProtect™ uses HEPASilent™, Blueair’s most advanced filtration technology to date. This technology combines electrostatic and mechanical filtration to remove up to 99.97% of airborne pollutants such as dust, pollen, dander, and mould. The technology removes VOCs (including formaldehyde), odours and nanoparticles down to 0.03 microns and removes up to 99.99% of viruses and bacteriaiv. The new 7300 series models use HEPASilent™ to silently deliver 45% more[i] clean air and use 29% less energy[ii] and 67% less noise than traditional standard HEPA filtration.[iii]

Eradicates viruses and bacteria – even on standby 

Even when the HealthProtect™ air purifier is on standby, GermShield™ technology proactively monitors the room using temperature and humidity sensors and automatically activates when conditions are optimal for germ growth. GermShield™ uses a low air draft to ensure no new growth of germs, and plasma charging to deactivate[i] existing viruses and bacteria on the filters. Today, Blueair can also confirm that the HealthProtect™ has been proven, in independent third-party laboratory tests, to remove 99.99%ii of live airborne SARS-CoV-2 virus in controlled biosafety level lab testing. The test was conducted by an independent third-party laboratory, in a 36 m³ room on live aerosolized SARS-CoV-2 virus.

More clean air in every corner of the room 

Unlike other air purifiers that only push clean air to a small part of the room, the SpiralAir™ outlets are uniquely engineered to deliver 360°, omnidirectional airflow to quickly circulate more clean air to every corner of the room (based on recommended room size and AHAM’s globally recognised standard of 4,8 Air Changes Per Hour). The HealthProtect™ has a high Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR), successfully cleaning all the air 4,8 times per hour meaning it will clean the optimal room size that it’s recommended for in only 12.5 minutes.

Designed with Smart Features

The Blueair app's smart features, such as "Clean air ETA (estimated time of arrival)," Automode, and real-time pollutant tracking of fine particles (PM1 - 2.5) such as smoke, bacteria, and viruses, as well as coarse particles (PM10) such as dust, pollen, and spores, help you understand how household activities and cleaning product choices affect your air quality. HealthProtect™ is easily voice-controlled by Amazon Alexa and Google Home, or remotely via the Blueair app.

Enhanced filter lifetime up to one year

HealthProtect™ is equipped with a smart filter powered by an RFID chip that accurately monitors the filter usage within the unit. When it's time to replace the filter, the Blueair app will send you an alert and allow you to re-order at the touch of a button.

With SmartFilter you can be assured you’ll always have clean air delivered to your home. The smart sensor algorithm accurately calculates how much polluted air has passed through the filter and as a result is able to tell you exactly when to change the filter. The filter lifetime can be prolonged up to 12 months. The filter is also cleverly designed as a ‘booklet’ shape, so you close it when changing it, therefore avoiding contact with the inlet (dirty side) of the filters.

HealthProtect™ also comes with cleanable pre-filters that capture larger particles like dust. These conveniently pop-out for quick maintenance and significantly extend the lifetime of the main filter, which goes in line with Blueair’s sustainability initiatives.

Whisper-silent clean air delivery for a good night’s sleep 

Air purifiers are generally most effective when placed in the rooms where the most time is spent, which is often the bedroom. Many air purifiers, however, cannot clean the air without making a lot of noise. The HealthProtect™ uses HEPASilent™ filtration technology to deliver its powerful filtration performance quieter than a whisper (30 dB) on the lowest setting and a normal conversation (65 dB) on the highest. The smart ‘Night’ mode will optimise the settings and turn off any lights that could disturb a good night’s sleep. HEPASilent™ delivers 45% more clean air, uses 29% less energy and has a 67% lower noise than traditional true HEPA filtration.

The physical design of the HealthProtect™ is so iconic, it was awarded “Happiest Health Giver” in the 2021 Wallpaper Smart Space Awards.

Every component is uniquely engineered in Sweden to provide the highest performance and energy efficiency. Blueair’s Swedish heritage is also apparent in the choice of sustainable, high-quality stainless steel and thoughtful design features such as easy to clean pre-filters and hidden wheels.
