Follow these steps to change the filter on your Classic Pro air purifier:
Prepare for Maintenance: Turn off the air purifier and disconnect it from the power supply.
Open the Back Door: Use the handle to open the back door of the air purifier. Gently pull the small door edge with your thumb.
Remove Used Filters: Pull the tab to remove the used replacement filters.
Insert New Filters: Before usage, remember to remove the wrapping from the new filters and then insert them into the air purifier.
Extra long press the Fan Speed button for about 15 seconds until all the LEDs on the interface light up, then release.
The red filter replacement indicator will blink three times and then disappear.
Reminder: After replacing the filter, it is required to manually conduct a filter reset on the air purifier.
Disconnect the air purifier from the power supply before cleaning. Use a soft, clean, damp cloth to wipe the exterior of the air purifier. Clean the inside of the door with a soft, clean, damp cloth after opening it. Remove the prefilter from the door by lowering the tabs on the door holding the prefilter in place. Wipe both sides of the pre-filter with a dust cloth or vacuum using a soft brush attachment (not included). Vacuum the small air inlets and inside the air purifier with a soft brush attachment (not included). Inspect and clean the power cable and plug for wear or damage. Locate the inlet for the air quality sensor at the front of the air purifier (left from the display). Vacuum the area around the inlet to clean it effectively.
To extend the limited warranty from one year to five (5) years, simply complete the product registration form in the 'Warranty' section of your customer account within (60) days of purchase, or register through the Blueair mobile app.
